Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I request a roommate(s)?
Yes, you can request a roommate or roommates if you register for Reunion before April 30, 2017. Roommate requests will not be available for any registrations completed after April 30. We will do our best to honor all roommate requests, however; it may not be possible in all cases. In order for your roommate request to be considered, your roommate, when registering, would need to list you as a roommate as well.

What happens if I register for Reunion but don’t request a roommate(s)?

If you do not list a room mate, we will assign one for you. You will be assigned a room with another attendee from your celebrating class or group. If you register a guest(s), they will be assigned as your roommate.

Can I request a single, double, triple or a quad room?

Due to the configuration of some of the residence halls, a triple or quad request may be made by assigning two double rooms. There is a limited number of single rooms available at the residence halls.

When can I check in to the residence hall?

Reunion attendees can check into residence halls at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 1. You will not be allowed in the residence hall before that time. Check-out is no later than noon on Sunday, June 4.

May my children stay in the Residence Hall?

Families are assigned to a designated residence hall. Families are not permitted to stay in the residence halls assigned to the individual classes. Please note that you might not be able to have adjoining rooms if you request more than 2 beds. Please note that the family residence hall will not be air conditioned.

When will I find out my room assignment?
Room assignments will be given when you check in for Reunion. Housing coordinators will be on-site if you have any questions.

What is provided in the rooms? What should I bring for the room?

Rooms are provided with sheets, a blanket, a pillow, towel, washcloth, and small bars of soap. You may want to bring your own soap, towels, slippers, shower thongs, and bathrobe. Some alumni bring their own pillow as well. Please note that the rooms are basic residence hall rooms. They do not provide the same luxuries as a hotel room would.

Can I request a private bathroom?
There are no private bathrooms available in the residence halls.
